More Dr. Horrible:  Joss Whedon has said that he plans to deliver more adventures of Dr. Horrible, though he has not indicated what form they will take.  With last year’s internet sensation just now making it to DVD, he has said that he wants to continue the property and that he enjoyed the artistic freedom of creating it as an internet original.

ABC May Renig on Final of Pushing Daisies/Eli Stone:  Even though ABC had promised to air the remaining episodes of its cancelled shows Pushing Daisies and Eli Stone, they are nowhere on the schedule as mid-season ramps up with new episodes of returning and new shows.  Pushing Daisies has three more completed episodes, but the show is no longer on the network’s schedule.  For Eli Stone, there are four more episodes of the total second season order currently with no planned airdate.  Most likely, these will show up later in the season as filler for vacancies in the schedule or they may not see the light of day until their DVD releases.

Daisies Co-Star moves to Heroes:  Speaking of Pushing Daisies, with Brian Fuller’s return to NBC’s Heroes now official, he has indicated that he will bring one of his Daisies co-stars with him.  He has written Swoosie Kurtz (Lily Charles) into Volume 4 of the series, though has given no indication as to whether she will play a new hero or just a normal person caught up in the action.

Prisoner Remake due in November:  AMC’s remake of the classic 60’s series The Prisoner is currently scheduled to air in November of 2009.  The six-part mini-series will make several changes to the original including having Number Six as an American (played by Jim Caviezel), a non-rotating Number Two (played by Ian McKellan), and a change of location for The Village from an island to the desert.  Sci Fi Wire conducted interviews with both Caviezel and McKellan concerning the upcoming remake.
