The Summer of Star Trek Begins

With the new Star Trek movie warping into theaters this past weekend and taking top honors at the box office, Axiom’s Edge Science Fiction and Fantasy will now kick-off out Summer of Star Trek. Over the next couple of months, we will run articles covering the Star Trek phenomena. Starting with the original series and going all the way to the newest movie, we will be giving the franchise a good once over. And of course we want to hear our reader’s thoughts on Star Trek as well. Send us your perspective on any one aspect of Star Trek or on the franchise as a whole to mail@axiomsedge-scifi.com and we will be sharing the feedback we receive on a regular basis.
To kick-off the Summer of Star Trek, we have put together a timeline that covers the franchise from its inception up to the J.J. Abrams’ reboot of Star Trek on the big screen. Also, we are starting the first of several polls. This one asks which series you think was the best.

Have yet to see the movie but cannot wait for the DVD release next month. I know I will like it and can’t wait for the next one. This is a great site.
